This individual will play a key role in coordinating service appointments, managing communication, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling services, making and receiving phone calls, handling customer communications, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments. This role is dynamic, and each day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
• Ordering parts with vendors and following up with them
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to resolve service issues
• Keep detailed records of service calls and customer interactions
• Use our point of sales system to look up and coordinate services.
• Assist with other administrative and support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience required
• Proven ability to handle upset or frustrated customers calmly and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with email, texting, and phone communication platforms
• Previous furniture industry experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
