Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Liaison / Marketer to help expand our home health agency’s presence and referral partnerships across Marin County. As a key face of Allegro Home Health, you will build meaningful relationships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, group homes, and discharge planners.
This per diem position offers flexible hours and performance-based bonuses, with a clear pathway to full-time employment including benefits as our referral volume grows. Ideal for someone already connected in the post-acute or senior care community, this role blends relationship building, local networking, and light marketing execution.
Duties
- Proactively build and maintain referral relationships with local providers, including MD offices, SNFs, ALFs, group homes, and care managers.
- Identify local community opportunities (events, in-services, provider rounds, etc.) to represent and promote the agency.
- Present our services clearly and effectively to potential referral sources, both in person and via email or phone.
- Track referral activity and share insights with the leadership team to inform outreach strategies.
- Coordinate with internal intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless referral follow-through and satisfaction.
- Create and distribute simple marketing materials (flyers, drop-offs, email templates).
- Represent the agency at occasional health fairs or outreach events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or sales, ideally in home health, hospice, SNFs, ALFs, or post-acute care.
- Existing network or referral relationships in Marin County preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with occasional travel throughout Marin County (mileage reimbursed).
- Experience with email follow-ups, CRM tools, or provider tracking systems is a plus.
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: $30–$50/hr Depending On Experience
- Mileage reimbursement + paid travel time
