- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have work experience or volunteer experience with school age children
- Must be able to pass a background check (Fingerprinting) paid by company
- Must be able to accommodate and support the needs of all children in their care.

Summary
As an After School Counselor for the 25-26 school year, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and engaging environment for children. Reporting to the Program Director, you will utilize your core skills in childcare and experience with children to facilitate activities and support their development. Your premium skills in classroom management and first aid will ensure a positive experience for all participants. Additionally, your relevant skills in tutoring, sports coaching, and behavior management will enhance the program's offerings, making a meaningful impact on the lives of students in your care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in recreational and educational activities after school.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
- Assist with homework and tutoring as needed, promoting academic growth.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions.
- Collaborate Site Director and staff to address individual student needs and support special education requirements.
- Facilitate sports, arts, and crafts activities to encourage creativity and teamwork.
