About Job
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and best practices.
- Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) to individuals, couples, or groups.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers for holistic care.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Stay current with developments in psychological research and clinical techniques.
- Remuneration on percentage basis.
