Key Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, ADHD, and related needs
- Supervise BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists
- Meet regularly with caregivers (in-person or telehealth)
- Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed
- Train and support staff in implementing strategies
- Maintain consistent schedule, including afternoons/evenings
Qualifications:
- Master's in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid CA driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
