Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: California (Multiple Locations)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

A mission-driven and growing behavioral health organization is expanding its ABA services and seeking passionate BCBAs to join their team. Known for a supportive culture and strong clinical leadership, this is a great fit for experienced clinicians or those looking to grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, ADHD, and related needs
• Supervise BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists
• Meet regularly with caregivers (in-person or telehealth)
• Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed
• Train and support staff in implementing strategies
• Maintain consistent schedule, including afternoons/evenings

Qualifications:

• Master's in ABA or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Valid CA driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
