Position Summary
We’re excited to welcome a dedicated BCBA to our passionate team! You’ll lead the design, implementation, and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans, helping children with autism achieve meaningful milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.) and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs)/RBTs with high-quality, ethical programming
- Partner with families to set goals, review progress, and empower their involvement
- Ensure treatment integrity, monitor data, and make data-based decisions
- Maintain timely documentation for payer and regulatory compliance
- Join team meetings and case reviews, fostering a culture of mentorship and excellence
- Note: Telehealth may be used for rare cases (e.g., Frankfort, NY 13337) beyond 30-minute drive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- State Licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting diverse children and families

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
