Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Job Summary
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center-based setting. In this role, you will be responsible for designing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and supervising a team of behavior technicians. The position is structured around providing focused, high-quality care to clients within a supportive weekday schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Create and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor data collection and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and documentation standards

Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience in clinical supervision and ABA treatment development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
