Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing mental health services, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention, to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and possibly group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments and data collection to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist patients in acute distress.
• Offer case management services, coordinating care with other providers and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be fully licensed in the state of Illinois at the independent level (LCPC, LCSW or licensed clinical psychologist.
• Proven experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Willing and able to deliver empirically-based treatments.
• At least three years experience.
• Data collection skills for effective assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
