Job Summary
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role supporting adults with disabilities so that they can live successful lives in the community. Not only will you be developing and implementing behavior support plans, but we’re confident that you will have a ton of fun collaborating with your clients and their support teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments.
- Develop evidence-based behavior support plans aligned with applied behavior analytic principles.
- Collect, organize, review, and report data related to behavior plans.
- Collaborate with clients and their interdisciplinary support teams to ensure person-centered services.
- Train direct support staff and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies.
- Reassess and update behavior support plans at least annually and as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid waiver regulations, Independent Service Coordination (ISC), licensure rules, agency policies, and HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), with additional experience preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals with dual diagnoses, including mental illness, traumatic brain injury, dementia, or other complex needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
