Pelham Academyis a residential treatment setting for adolescents that
specializes intraumainformed care.Pelham provides 24-hour comprehensive
care including a school on site, full clinical staff, nursing staff, and
direct care staff.

Schedules being offered: 10:45pm 8:45 am with one weekend shift
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who depend on us, there are
times where overtime may be mandated.

including offsite fieldtrips,andmore!
- YOU willbe able to create a safe and therapeuticcommunitybysupporting
students in developingandbyrole modelingeffective copingstrategies.
- YOU will help students discover what makes them feel competent and
valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking,
banking, vocational skills, and more. Your day-to-day work will support
students in developing a sense of self and provide them with the skills
to be successful in their next steps.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our
students!
