One main portion of our ministry is our professional therapy by licensed mental health providers. We want to provide our clients (individuals, couples, and families) with clinical expertise and a biblical perspective in a caring, compassionate environment.

Ideal Candidates

• NC State License – LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Psychologist (Associate License will be considered as well)
• Maintain state license – current, good standing, meeting all requirements
• Be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, punctual, professional, motivated, and genuinely caring both in client care and collaborating with the team (both management and fellow clinicians/staff)
• Experience and proficiency with providing faith-based (Christian) counseling/therapy
• Have experience working with couples, families, individuals, and adolescents.
• Willingness to provide telehealth
• Willing to see a minimum of 20 clients a week and maintain a consistent schedule
• Client Care - Clinically competent, EMR knowledgeable, able to case conceptualize and treatment plan
• Communicative with management and other team members
• Willing to attend monthly staff meetings
• Problem-solver, motivated, passionate

Preference will be given to candidates with any of the following (in addition to the above criteria):

• Paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna (and other private insurance)
• Extensive experience and minimum of several courses in EFT. Certification preferred.
• Gottman training (Level 1 & 2 minimum)
• EMDR training or certification
• Play Therapy training or certification
• Interest in leading groups and workshops
• Available evenings and/or weekends

Organizational Context

• Ascribe to the overall mission of the organization and see their position as a clinician in the context of the bigger picture of the ministry
• Attend donor functions and other special events and actively invite others
• Stay connected and engage with Foundation Restoration on all social media outlets
• Write articles with pertinent content to the organization’s mission for the website at least 2x a year

Potential Roles & Responsibilities

• Events - Put on workshops or seminars with pertinent topics related to the organization
• Supervisor for provisionally licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
