We are seeking a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a clinic-based setting. The BCBA will provide behavior analytic services to children on the autism spectrum, oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

We are also seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to manage a caseload of adults with I/DD. The ideal candidate is skilled in behavior analysis, supervision, and fostering positive outcomes.

The candidate must have:

· Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCaBA or BCBA)

· must pass all background screenings and drug test

· must possess a valid driver's license and current insurance card

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBA staff, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and medical documentation standards.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
