A full-time School Psychologist position is available for a second semester maternity leave coverage at an elementary school in Tracy, CA. This contract role spans the remainder of the school year, offering an opportunity to support students emotional, behavioral, and academic development during a critical time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and emotional concerns
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable laws and district policies
• Attend meetings and participate in team discussions to promote student well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid credential/license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within an elementary school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism

Location & Schedule:

• Elementary school located in Tracy, California
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
