The Certified Network Support/TCM Care Coordinator plays a vital role in the Injury Management Organization, Inc.'s Med-Select Network Intake process. This position involves the crucial tasks of referral setup within the IMO SmartCat system and the meticulous coordination of medical records, ensuring that all aspects are handled with precision and professionalism. As someone well-versed in medical terminology and familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the medical field, you will excel in navigating the complexities of the Division of Workers' Compensation and adhere to Texas Law regarding workers compensation.
Relying on established guidelines, you will use your computer skills and medical administrative experience to effectively plan and accomplish goals, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the intake process while maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.
