Part Time Housing Case Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with local social services and housing program regulations
Strong verbal and written communication, including group presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of counseling theories and behavioral change strategies
Experience with government or municipality-led housing programs
Documentation and audit preparation expertise
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $20/hr
- Schedule: 20 hours/week, flexible schedule Monday–Friday between 8AM–5PM

ROLE IMPACT
- Support low-income and special needs populations by assessing individual circumstances and coordinating non-clinical counseling and community resources
- Helps advance participant development and housing stability by aligning program goals with federal and local compliance requirements
KEY DUTIES
Assess client needs and provide counseling services for housing program participants.
Coordinate community outreach and refer individuals to social service resources.
Organize and lead personal development activities in line with program objectives.
Maintain accurate case files and prepare reports for audits and compliance.
Interpret and apply federal and local housing regulations in daily case management.
