We are currently hiring California-based, W2 part-time licensed therapists to join our collaborative, tech-forward care team.

Requirements:

• CA-licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Independently Licensed Therapist (No Associates)
• Offer minimum 10-30 sessions/week
• Minimum 3 months post independent licensure therapy experience
• Maintain updated licensure documentation and availability calendar
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using EHRs, video platforms, and digital tools
• Culturally responsive and up to date with current research

Your Role:

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy
• Timely documentation in EHR (within 24 hours)
• Keep schedule and licensure records up to date
• Stay in regular communication with the CEREVITY team
• Collaborate with care teams (therapists, psychiatrists)
• Availability during evenings and weekends is greatly appreciated
• Skilled in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) a valuable asset
• Fluency in Spanish is not required but but awesome
• Caseload will be built over a few weeks
• Note: Credentialing to insurance panels provided and can take 4-8 weeks approximately
