AAA Mid States is seeking a customer service oriented individual for a Full-Time Member Service position in our Hanover, PA office. This position is ideal for the candidate interested in working in a team environment interfacing with our Auto Club members.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Fulfilling member requests related to membership plans and benefits, planning road trips, driving directions, marking maps and Notary services
• Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member
• Make hotel, car and air reservations for members
• Cashiering duties including the balancing of cash drawer
• Additional member service functions as necessary

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 year in a customer service position
• Ability to cross sell products
• The ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required
• Ability to pass criminal background check for obtaining notary
