With an emphasis on operational excellence and clinical integrity, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Nursing Manager to oversee all nursing and clinical support operations as we launch and grow our new location.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will play a key leadership role in establishing clinical workflows, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest standards of patient care. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a clinic focused on immediate care and primary care services, implement best practices, and make a lasting impact on the quality of care we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing and clinical support staff
•Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
•Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
•Monitor patient care quality, safety initiatives, and infection control protocols
•Manage staffing schedules, oversee inventory, and coordinate with vendors
•Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams
•Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, performance improvement, and operational goals

•Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations
