Job Objective: Performs support services for the school psychologist. The support role includes completing student observations and achievement testing under the direction of the school psychologist, and with students in preschool and grades k-12.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA in education or related field preferred. BA degree in a field outside of education may be considered. You will apply for an educational aide permit
• Displays flexibility, reliability, self-discipline and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Embodies high ethical standards/integrity. Accepts responsibility for personal decisions/conduct.

• Maintains an effective records management system. Develops essential documentation based on academic evaluations, assessment information, caseload data, etc.
• Exemplifies professionalism to enhance NwOESC and member district public images.
