What You'll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy and psychosocial support services to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Conduct initial intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
- Offer crisis intervention, care coordination, and referrals as needed
- Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education
- Uphold ethical and professional standards aligned with NASW Code of Ethics and California BBS regulations
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of California
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, clinical assessment, and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
