What You'll Do:
  • Provide psychotherapy and psychosocial support services to individuals, couples, families, or groups
  • Conduct initial intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
  • Offer crisis intervention, care coordination, and referrals as needed
  • Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards aligned with NASW Code of Ethics and California BBS regulations

Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of California
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, clinical assessment, and therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
