Premier Counseling Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy and counseling services
• Document clinical work accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay informed about local and regional community resources and assist clients in accessing them
• Collaborate with the Premier Counseling team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Maintain professional standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, including scheduling appointments and collecting copays
• Respond promptly to client and team inquiries and messages
• Attend all team meetings, including monthly peer consultation and yearly strategic meetings
• Meet contract requirements and adhere to HIPAA privacy standards

Requirements:

• Full independent licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LISW) or temporary licensure (tLMFT or tLMHC)
• Desire to be a positive and engaged team member
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change with a positive outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness to constructive feedback
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email navigation, copy and fax machines, and willingness to learn EHR system
• Basic computer and printer troubleshooting skills
• Professional demeanor and the ability to approach others with tact and respect
• Consistent punctuality for sessions and meetings
