About the Role
As an LPC Clinical Supervisor, you will:
- Provide formal clinical supervision to pre-licensed counselors (those working toward their LPC or similar clinical licensure), guiding them through their required supervised hours and professional development.
- Ensure that all supervision meets Pennsylvania state requirements, including documentation and oversight of supervised hours.
- Offer collaborative consultation and support to fully licensed colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments and deliver outpatient therapy to clients of all ages.
- Develop and implement crisis, safety, and wellness plans.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate records, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LPC license in Pennsylvania
- At least 5 years of post-master’s counseling experience (required for supervision)
- Experience providing clinical supervision (preferred), or strong interest in developing these skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical care and professional development
