Our clinical team integrates play and expressive therapies, views clients through a strengths-based lens, and believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and positive change.
Who We're Looking For:
We welcome licensed and licensed-eligible outpatient counselors who thrive in a team-based environment, value collaboration, and are committed to ongoing learning and development. We are especially interested in candidates who have a passion for working with young children.
Qualifications:
•Licensed or license-eligible as an LPC or LCSW in Virginia
•Graduate of an accredited counseling or social work program
•Eligible to register a clinical supervisor with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (licensure supervision is provided)
•Experience with trauma-focused therapies is a plus
•Bilingual ability is desirable
•Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices-or a willingness to learn-is required
•Basic computer literacy and willingness to use an electronic health record system
