What You’ll Be Doing
- Support IVF clinics and patients in a call center setting
- Ensure timely medication deliveries and accurate billing
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Work with internal teams to quickly resolve service issues
- Prioritize tasks to protect the Patient Experience
What You Bring
- Strong customer service background
- Pharmacy experience a plus
- PC literate; basic Word and Excel; type 45+ WPM
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills
- Available for on-site eight-hour shifts, Monday–Friday and alternating weekends
