What You’ll Be Doing

• Support IVF clinics and patients in a call center setting
• Ensure timely medication deliveries and accurate billing
• Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
• Work with internal teams to quickly resolve service issues
• Prioritize tasks to protect the Patient Experience

What You Bring

• Strong customer service background
• Pharmacy experience a plus
• PC literate; basic Word and Excel; type 45+ WPM
• Detail-oriented with basic math skills
• Available for on-site eight-hour shifts, Monday–Friday and alternating weekends
