Our team focuses on improving quality of life through science-backed approaches that integrate medical care with advanced testing, fitness, and nutrition strategies.Position SummaryWe are seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and motivated Lead Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this in-office role, you will manage patient scheduling and communications, guide clients through their care journey, and support our team in delivering a high-quality, personalized experience. You will also receive training to operate our on-site DEXA body composition scanner.As the lead coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring all communicationswhether in-person, by phone, or by emailare timely, professional, and compassionate. You will help maintain a smooth daily workflow, support the clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of organization and service are upheld. A key part of your role will also involve assisting with patient preparation for DEXA scans and managing those appointments efficiently.We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination, ideally in a wellness or concierge setting. You should be highly organized, personable, and comfortable multitasking. Familiarity with EMR systems and the ability to adapt to digital tools is important. An interest or background in exercise physiology, nutrition, or integrative health is a strong plus.This is a part-time position requiring 1525 hours per week, with all hours performed on-site at our Arlington Heights location.
