Clinical Psychologist - Outpatient


MindCare Solutions, a clinician-owned and operated leader in comprehensive mental health care, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide exceptional group therapy sessions for an adolescent population. Position Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will deliver high-quality mental health care, including psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and evidence-based interventions, to individuals within a correctional setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health and rehabilitation of incarcerated individuals, ensuring care aligns with ethical and legal standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact while working in a supportive and mission-driven environment.


  • Highly relational, trauma-informed Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13–18. We are seeking experienced, PSYPACT-licensed psychologists to deliver group, individual, and family therapy virtually, with a focus on executive functioning, emotional regulation, and developmental care.
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Eastern
  • Group: 10–14 patients per group
  • Facilitate trauma-informed IOP groups (3 hrs/day, 4x/week)
  • Conduct weekly individual therapy and monthly family therapy
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and standardized measures (GAD-7, PHQ-9, etc.)
  • Document all services using electronic health record

Requirements

  • An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Forensic Psychology Experience Preferred
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university (required)
  • Current, unrestricted Clinical or Counseling Psychologist license (required)
  • Applicants must successfully pass the required criminal background check
