Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Brick, New Jersey, for a full time school-based role! for the upcoming 25/26 school year Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

Pay: $60-65
Hours: M-F varies by school multiple openings for all age groups
Starting in September for the new school year
Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

NJ BCBA license
1-2 years experience working in a school setting
