Hours of Performance: The performance hours of the MTF are as follows: HCW shifts will normally be scheduled for an eight (8) hour period between 0630 and 1730, Monday through Friday. In no instance shall the HCW provide services over eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week.

This is a year-long commitment. Shorter contracts will not be considered.
Please note security clearance will take 6-8 weeks.

Requirements:

• Resume or CV (ALL GAPS EXPLAINED).
• Copy of diploma or transcripts.
• Education primary source verification (PSV) from the National Student Clearing House.
• Copy of Internship/Residency.
• Copy of license and Prime Source Verification (PSV).
• BLS.
• NPDB data sheet - MUST BE SIGNED BY CANDIDATE (attached with the PWS).

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited psychology program or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force.
• Graduate from an American Psychology Association-accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.

• Successful completion of an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
• Must have at least 12 months of experience, in the last 24 months, with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or health care facility.
• Must have at least 12 months of direct hands-on experience in the last 24 months with computer operations, basic word processing, data entry, and use of an automated medical record system.
• Additional experience as required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
• Prefer those with recent experience (within the past three years) providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
• Have completed an APA-accredited internship/residency in professional psychology or an internship/residency acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
