Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Denton, TX (New Grads are accepted)

Shift: Days, Mon-Fri, 100% On-Site

Job Description:

We currently provide comprehensive support to individuals and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
This is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the clinical leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments using tools such as FBA, VB-MAPP, ADOS-2, ABBLS, etc.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, speech and occupational therapists) to implement individualized goals.

Qualifications:

• Texas BCBA Licensure
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification & CPI Certification
