This specialized position will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • EMR Dashboard review and update
  • Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
  • Assist with pharmacy orders
  • Create and manage the nursing schedule for floor staff
  • Help coordinate staffing coverage due to attendance issues
  • Complete resident assessments and service plans
  • Attend and participate in all nursing meetings
  • Assist with staff training and in-services
  • Provide supervision of nursing staff while on duty
  • Assist on the floor, supporting staff as needed
  • Be available to assist with nursing call after hours

Job Requirements:
  • Must have current LVN/LPN license (no exceptions)
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Interested in learning and growing your skill set
