Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) OR ABA Therapist to join our team near Brick, New Jersey, for a full time school-based role for the upcoming 25/26 school year! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services

Hours: M-F varies by school/ multiple assignments available for all age groups
Pay: $20-25 hr
Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.

Requirements:

1-2 years of ABA experience
Experience working in school setting
Experience working with Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPS)
A minimum of 60 college credits

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Provide direct one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during school activities.
Support students with academic tasks and social skills development.
