Our Resident Care Coordinator:
- Coordinates and organizes the medication program with the Health Care Coordinator
- Provides coordination and leadership in the delivery of care to all residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, as appropriate.
- Ensures proper staffing through completion of the staff schedule and management of vacations and call-offs.
- Ensures that medical records are completed and in compliance with Title 22 and Federal Regulations, to include, but not limited to: Initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and evaluations required.
What you need to succeed:
- Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
- Working knowledge of computers and typing, sufficient enough to be successful with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Must possess effective English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Minimum 6 months experience in long term care, home care or related field.
- $26.23-$31.16 per hour
