Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Reports To: Program Supervisor
FLSA: Exempt
Summary: The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned by the Administration.

Works within an approved budget. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines.

Education/Experience & Certification: Masters in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Ohio Department of Education Certification or Registration.
Criminal Records Check: Must comply with Ohio Revised Code 3319.39 - Criminal Records Check.
Drug Testing: Must pass a drug screen at time of hire and comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988.

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Summary: The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned by the Administration.
- Use appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop and implement teaching programs that reflect behavioral outcomes and objectives
- Maintain appropriate documentation and prepare and complete reports as required
- Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic recordkeeping
- Provide staff development, training, and modeling for team members in strategies and methodologies for successful implementation of the treatment plan
- Provide consultation regarding crisis interventions and critical incident supports; complete Incident Reports as needed
- Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings
- Participate in professional growth activities such as conferences, classes, and team meetings; remain a lifelong learner
- Maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention certification as a trainer
- Consult with districts on behavior supports and plans
- Provide ongoing support for students
- Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress.
- Attend staff meetings as scheduled
- Develop and conduct staff trainings
- Collaborate with other BCBAs and the leadership team.
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
- Accept all other responsibilities as assigned.
