We are currently seeking Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) who are passionate about helping others and excited to be part of a diverse, collaborative team. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians seeking full-time roles in a supportive, home-like setting that values clinical integrity, professional growth, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver intensive individual and group therapy in a structured residential environment
• Build strong therapeutic rapport with adult clients from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team (psychiatry, nursing, case managers, and more)
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical supervision
• Support clients with co-occurring disorders through evidence-based and trauma-informed practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Current registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC in California
• Strong clinical judgment, clear professional boundaries, and emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in mental health, substance use, or behavioral health settings is preferred
• Reliable transportation and availability to work some weekends
• Ability to pass FBI and fingerprint background checks
