Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead BCBA to join our team in Roswell, GA. This role involves overseeing behavior assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of behavior analysts and technicians.
• Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
• Provide direct therapy services when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Central Reach preferred.
• Maintain CEUs and certification requirements.
