• $100,000$110,000/year, depending on experience

• Full administrative support billing, scheduling, authorizations

• Mileage reimbursement for travel

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

• Create individualized treatment plans and BIPs

• Supervise RBTs and provide regular feedback

• Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration

• Attend team meetings and maintain regular documentation

• Monitor data and adjust programming as needed

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Experience with in-home ABA services a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
