Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, including toddlers and preschoolers, and possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe and engaging environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and educational activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Implement behavior management strategies to address challenges in a constructive manner.
• Create a structured daily schedule that includes educational activities, playtime, and rest periods.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or caregiving is essential; familiarity with toddler care or preschool settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience and adaptability in managing children's needs and behaviors.
• A passion for fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and growth.
