BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a variety of descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, such as functional analyses and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), to create a deep understanding of each child's unique needs and strengths.

Foster their growth and confidence in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, ensuring they feel empowered to make a positive impact.

  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients during all treatment sessions, actively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues with a proactive approach.
