Overview
Due to the confidential nature of the role and access to student information employees in the Student Services department may not be concurrently enrolled as an RCHC student. The Admissions Coordinator II is responsible for all activities and duties of an Admissions Coordinator I as well as those specified for the Admissions Coordinator II position to include but not limited to the following: Customer Service, Admissions Support, Registrar Support, and advanced level support to include cross-trained for Bursar and Health Records functions.

What you will do
  • Admissions support, such as processing admissions for students entering pre-nursing or pre-allied health and advising students which general education courses are required prior to application to a specific RCHC program.
  • Registrar support, such as registration and tracking of consortium general education courses.
  • Advanced level support including: Cross-train for Bursar or Health Records functions as assigned, perform advanced SIS functions, back-up Registrar functions.
  • Exemplary customer service.


Qualifications

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
  • Associates Degree, Business, IT, or related field (Preferred)


Experience
  • 3-4 years College Admissions, Administrative/Office Assistant experience (Required)
