We are looking for therapists/counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families; Homebuilders’ therapists:
- Travel throughout King County for client sessions
- Attend weekly team meetings in Federal Way office
- Maintain small caseloads (average of 2 families).
- Work with families in their homes, schools and communities for 4-6 weeks.
- Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families.
- Respond to their assigned families when unexpected crises occur (or arrange coverage within the team if unavailable).

- Hiring Bonus: $2,250 (Paid over 2 years)
- Master's degree: $60,078 - $64,556 annual salary, DOE
- Bachelor's degree: $54,190 - $58,261 annual salary, DOE
- Paid mileage and paid travel time
- 5% bilingual salary add-on for some languages
- This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.
- Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- Residence in or near King County.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- At least 21 years of age.
