Responsibilities

• Design and Create program and curriculum to ensure classroom readiness and academic preparedness for students on the spectrum.
• Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.
• Assign and balance student cases.
• Conduct monthly audits of BCBA supervisors and their assigned students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a BCBA
• BCBA Certification Required
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, or related field.

Compensation

•$80,000 - $90,000 salary
