The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified BCBA in the Newport News, VA area to join their team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $95,000 to $105,000 Depending on Experience

- Flexible Schedule
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - Current and in Good Standing with the BACB)
- Virginia State BCBA License - Active and in Good Standing
- Experience With the Treatment of Autism
- Experience With Administering verbal behavior assessments and other ABLLS
- Experience With Supervision of RBT's and Trainees
- Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department
Responsibilities:
- Flexible Schedule (Full or Part Time)
- Supervision of RBT's and Trainees
- Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBT's)
- Administering Skill-Based Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language, Play and Skill-Based Curricula
- Provide Assistance to Children With Special Needs
- Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family, School and Community
