GBCC Behavioral Health (GBCC) and Oasis Behavioral Health Urgent Care (Oasis) are expanding our Graduate Level Provider Program, a structured pathway for early-career clinicians seeking independent licensure in Maryland. Graduate Level Provider Program Highlights
- Weekly Supervision Hours with board-certified supervisors
- Full-Time Support Model: 24 clinical hours/week to ensure you receive adequate training and supervision
- Dedicated Consultation Groups: Peer support and clinical guidance tailored for LGPCs and LMSWs
- Pathway to Licensure: Designed to help you progress toward full licensure as an LCPC or LCSW-C
- Must have an active LGPC or LMSW license issued by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors or Board of Social Work, or be license-eligible
- Full-time hybrid role: 24 clinical hours/week with robust administrative and clinical support
- Client-Centered Scheduling: 50% of clinical hours during after school/work hours and/or weekends and mix of in-person and in-office availability
- Specialty-Aligned Caseload: Work with clients that match your clinical interests and skill sets

- Intake Scheduling and appointment logistics
- Insurance verification and billing
