Responsibilities

• Design, Create and Teach BCBA curriculum tailored to BCBA Students.
• Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.
• Assign and balance student cases.
• Organize and deliver one CEU session annually to the staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a BCBA
• 2 years in a supervisory role as a BCBA

Compensation

•$80,000 - $90,000 salary
