Job Description:
Magnolia Monitoring is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to help facilitate court-approved anger management and domestic violence intervention classes using the Duluth Model curriculum. This role involves both in-person sessions in St. Tammany Parish and occasional virtual facilitation via Zoom or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate weekly anger management and domestic violence intervention groups.
• Follow the Duluth Model curriculum and maintain program integrity.
• Complete session documentation and attendance reports.
• Provide support and guidance to participants in a structured, professional setting.
• Communicate with court staff or case managers as needed regarding attendance or progress.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience facilitating group sessions, particularly with court-mandated clients.
• Familiarity with the Duluth Model or willingness to be trained.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead in both in-person and virtual settings.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible part-time schedule, primarily evenings or weekends.
• Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
