Atlas Management is looking to add a full-time experienced Director of Commercial Management to join our team! This Manager would be assigned to commercial properties located in the Portland metropolitan area, as well as work on growing Atlas's commercial portfolio.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is professional, personable, approachable, and willing to be hands on and really take ownership of the buildings they are assigned to. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties goals ensuring that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and laws and regulations governing commercial real estate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Commercial leasing
• Commercial & community association management
• Monitor rent collection, ensuring timely payments, and addressing delinquencies effectively
• Prepares communication and notices for properties and associations
• Schedule maintenance and inspections
• Maintain the property budget
• Host annual association meetings
• Complete month-end reports
• Assist in annual budget preparation
• Create campaigns to retain tenants
• Ensures properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
•  Oversees and advances the development of the commercial property portfolio

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year + 10% commission on new business commercial real estate revenue secured by employee, and lease placement fees.
