Seeking bilingual (Spanish) counselors to support individuals with substance use and mental health challenges.
- Provide individual and group counseling, clinical assessments, and intake services.
- Maintain caseloads, promote recovery skills, and encourage patient engagement.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients, monitor patient behavior, and ensure adherence to program schedules.
- Assist with workshops, discharge processes, incident reports, and case reviews under supervision.
- Qualifications include a valid CASAC-T certificate, high school diploma, strong documentation, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
