About the Role: Pro Exteriors LLC is seeking a skilled and organized Commercial Service Coordinator to support our growing Service & Repair Division in low-slope commercial roofing. This is an essential in-office role responsible for managing service crews, coordinating repairs, estimating, and invoicing. Must have experience in low-slope commercial roofing systems to qualify for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule commercial service crews for repair projects
• Estimate and scope service repairs for low-slope roofing systems
• Prepare and send accurate invoices and repair documentation
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control, communication, and job tracking from start to finish

Requirements:

• Experience in low-slope commercial roofing is required
• Knowledge of service operations, estimating, and repair logistics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with job tracking systems and digital tools
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
