About Job

Join a close knit team of therapists at a growing group practice. We are currently seeking fully licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD), who specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy, to work with our court ordered clients offering Reunification Therapy or Family Therapy. If you have wanted to pursue training to work with these clients and just weren't sure were to get the clients or how to manage these cases, then this is the job for you!!

We will provide on site coaching for Reunification Therapy. All of the paperwork and procedures are already set up and ready to go. We handle consultations, onboarding (making sure that the clients have signed all of the paperwork and releases), collecting the retainer, and billing. All you have to worry about is the therapeutic work. There will be weekly consultation meetings with Athena McCullough, LPC, LMFT to make sure you feel comfortable engaging in this work. Since these cases are dynamic, Athena is also available on as as needed basis throughout the week to review any correspondence with attorneys, treatment summaries or urgent case issues.

This position is flexible and would require maintaining a minimum of 2-3 court involved cases at a time (5-15 hours/week). In person weekend and/or evening shifts are required. We have group consultation with our court involved team on Tuesdays 10-11 am.

This role is ideal for those who want to engage in the therapeutic work with these families without having to worry about the business side of things. Let us handle the accounting, marketing, and phone calls so you can focus on the clients. This position is quite flexible and we can work with you to create your dream job!

About us: We are a growing team of collaborative therapists who work with families, couples, and individuals. We meet regularly for case consultation and offer supervision.

Our practice honors all identities, orientations, backgrounds, and relationship arrangements. We are committed to engaging in LGBTQ+ affirming, power, privilege and oppression aware, and sex positive therapy practices.

We are committed to attracting and retaining a diverse staff, by honoring your experiences, perspectives and unique identity. Together, our group strives to create and maintain working and learning environments that are diverse, inclusive, equitable and welcoming.

Location: 3900 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80123 - Must be willing to take two in-person shifts on weekends or evenings (after school hours).
